ABC Smart Office
Sign in with the Google account the office has on record for you. This reads the same database the field app writes to.

In twelve months the rule tells you WHAT you decided and the reason tells you whether it still holds. The second one is the part you will wish you had written.
One real case you already know the answer to. It is what turns a formula into something anybody can check.
Stored as a LIST, not a single day — a second rest day or a Saturday change is then data, not a code change. Everything that counts a working day reads this: the attendance report, the field app's Others tab, and the driver allowance.
A role decides which modules a person can reach, and whether they can change or delete what they find. Hiding a tab is a courtesy — the database enforces this too, so a role that cannot write cannot write from anywhere.
A session says when the day is meant to start and end. Nobody is judged against one until they are given one — and …
Late is counted from the start time.
7h30 = 450. Blank means Ends minus Starts.
Taken whenever, which is what the field app already does.
👥 Staff — click anyone to edit their record
Everyone in team_members — the record, not a copy. Sign-in email, phone, roles, unit, work type, joining date and certificates. The workbook mirrors this, not the other way round.
Edit the prices, keep the Code column, and upload it back. You will see exactly what would change before anything is written. Nothing is ever deleted — an item missing from your file is left alone.
Only the people you have ticked, and only the field you choose. Leave one blank to leave it alone.
